How do I escalate an issue?

If you have a need to escalate an issue when your project is underway, you can toggle the "hand raise" slider on the top of the Project Activity feed as seen below:

Once you slide the toggle, you will see the modal below requesting additional details.

Enter the details above to request assistance.  You may escalate a concern directly to your Regional Director if the issue warrants it.  


To lower your hand, navigate to your project again, then click on the slider to disable the hand-raise.
