Resetting your password

There are times when you may need to reset your password for the Platform.  To do this, navigate to https://app.curbio.com/external/login?returnPath=%2Fhome from any web browser.



On the login screen, click on the "Reset Password" link on the bottom of the login panel. 


Enter your email address and click on "Submit".  If an account exists, an email will be sent to the address that you entered.  If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk mail folders and ensure that you are entering the email address that was provided to Curbio when you signed up.
