FAQs: First Time Use (Setup)

Welcome to the Curbio Mobile App

To set up your account, you have a couple of options.  You can connect your Google or Apple (iCloud) account with Curbio, or sign up with just an email address.  



If you sign up with your email, you will be asked to provide a security code to verify your email access.



At this point, you can view the quick walkthrough of the app’s features or skip it if you'd prefer.



Under the three horizontal bars icon at the top left of the home screen, you can access other areas of the application.  The Inspection Report and Estimates links will take you to a list view of any inspection reports or estimates that you have created using the app, and the Support link will allow you to communicate with our team about your projects or the app itself.



Access the link next to your username to adjust any of your profile information, or use the Settings link to enable FaceID login and other configuration options.



The Home Screen shows you the options to start a new Instant Estimate or Inspection Report, and gives you access to your recent activity.  Additional information about Curbio is available in the remaining sections of the home screen.
