Logging into the Curbio Platform
To access the Curbio system, you must log into the web platform or the mobile app. Once you have an active project, you should receive an email invite to the platform. You'll need to log into the web platform first so that you can set your password initially.
On the login page (https://app.curbio.com/external/login?returnPath=%2Fhome), enter your email address and the password that you set up when you accepted your invitation.

You may opt to use the Single Sign On (SSO), but you will need to be consistent in the use of these if you intend to use the mobile application as the two platforms will not allow you to change this between the two.
Getting Started
After you've logged into the platform or mobile app, your options will vary.
On the platform, you should see a page similar to the one displayed here.

The project interface is where you'll do most of your interacting. To proceed, click on the name of the project that you wish to interact with. For additional information, review more in-depth FAQs and information here.
On the mobile app, your interactions are a bit more limited.

Once logged in, you can request an estimate or you can request a quote for inspection repairs. Additional in-depth information about the functionality for the mobile app can be found here.
NOTE: You can also use the web platform from your mobile browser for full functionality
